Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please immediately contact InStyle Fashion HK by email at hello@instylefashionhk.com or WhatsApp +85231570447.  If the item is being returned due to a defect, we can provide store credit for another item.  If the item is being returned for exchange, then the original and return shipping, any handling and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your original payment. This return policy does not apply to Sale or Consignment items. Please note online store credit which must be used up within 3 months.  Shipping charges for exchanges will be solely borne by yourself.

Any item that has been damage, resized or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All merchandise returned will undergo quality checks.  InStyle Fashion HK has the final decision on the returned items’ condition.
